LGER – Le gouvernement a examiné lors de sa réunion présidée mardi par le Premier ministre, Abdelaziz Djerad, deux projets de décrets exécutifs définissant les procédures d’obtention des autorisations de construction des ouvrages de transport par canalisation des produits pétroliers, et d’un système de transport par canalisation.
Selon un communiqué des services du premier ministre, le premier projet de texte définit les procédures d’obtention des autorisations de construction d’un système de transport par canalisation, alors que le second projet de texte définit les procédures d’obtention des autorisations de construction des ouvrages de transport par canalisations des produits pétroliers.
Ces deux projets de texte reprennent les principes applicables à ce jour et prévus par les dispositions des textes réglementaires, tout en apportant des améliorations aux procédures actuelles et tenant compte du retour d’expérience en matière de gestions des aspects liés la construction de systèmes de transport par canalisation d’hydrocarbures et des produit pétroliers, explique le même source.
