Le Président de la République a entamé depuis hier, samedi, des consultations avec les différents partis politiques ayant participé et , surtout sortis vainqueurs des élections législatives du 12 juin. Outre les traditionnelles organisations partisanes, la nouveauté cette fois-ci réside dans l’émergence d’un « magma de députations » appelé « bloc des candidats libres ».
Au-delà du poids des uns et de la figuration des autres, ces rencontres, organisées au niveau de la Présidence de la République, et protocolairement ou opérationnellement, on fait assister, devant les cameras, le SG, le chef de cabinet et le Conseiller des affaires juridiques à la première institution du pays, tournent autour de la composante du future gouvernement post-Djerrad. Les spéculations ne manquent pas, en long et en large, mais en fait, personne ne sait quel allure va prendre ce futur exécutif, appeler à diriger une des périodes les plus délicates du pays, dans un contexte pandémique et de crises multiformes, du stress hydrique à la baisse du pouvoir d’achat.
Sauf que, de ces consultations, rien ne filtre. Vers quel gouvernement allons-nous ? Un gouvernement partisan qui permettrait au président de la République de prendre de la distance ou une équipe choisie par le premier magistrat du pays et qui aura la « bénédiction » de ces mêmes partis qui rêvent tout de même, de quelques portefeuilles dont las stature importe peu, pourvu qu’ils soient dans la « matrice executive»…
Le seul qui a donné quelques repères est sans contexte le premier responsable du RND, en l’occurrence Tayeb Zitouni qui au sortir du Palais d’El Mouradia , aujourd’hui, dira que le Président lui a demandé quelques noms ministrables parmi les nouveaux députés du partis, mais surtout en rajoutant : « nous ne sommes pas contre un gouvernement de technocrates élargi aux partis .. ». En d’autres termes, la proposition a été faite, et nous ne serrons pas loin de cette formule…
