Tourisme : Réception de 25 établissements hôteliers avant la prochaine saison estivale
Un total de vingt-cinq (25) établissements hôteliers seront réceptionnés à l’échelle national avant le début de la prochaine saison estivale, a fait savoir lundi à Tipasa, le ministre du Tourisme et de l’Artisanat, Yacine Hammadi.
Le ministre, en visite de travail dans la wilaya, a fait part dans une déclaration à la presse, d’une prévision de réception de 25 établissements hôteliers, au niveau de wilayas du littoral du pays, en vue de leur mise en exploitation durant l’été 2022.
Le secteur compte actuellement 50 établissements hôteliers non exploités, dont la mise en service devrait contribuer au renforcement de ses capacités d’accueil, durant la prochaine saison estivale, a-t-il ajouté.
Il s’agit, selon M. Hammadi, d’établissements hôteliers demeurés à l’arrêt et inexploités, pour diverses raisons, avant la promulgation d’une instruction du président de la République stipulant la levée de tous les obstacles entravant les investissements, tout en leur accordant des autorisations d’exploitation.
Le ministre a visité, dans ce cadre, un hôtel à Fouka, réalisé sur un foncier agricole, et demeuré de ce fait inexploité pendant plus de dix ans, avant de bénéficier d’une autorisation d’exploitation exceptionnelle délivrée par le wali de Tipasa, dans l’attente de la promulgation de la loi sur l’investissement et le règlement définitif de la situation de son foncier.
S’agissant des Zones d’expansion touristique (ZET), le ministre a fait cas d’une décision de révision des Plans d’aménagement touristique de toutes les zones touristiques en butte à des contraintes entravant leur mise en exploitation, à l’instar de la ZET de Daouda, plus grande zone au niveau national , d’une superficie de 150 hectares répartis en plusieurs lots de nature à permettre l’implantation de 14 projets touristiques.
« L’Algérie compte 249 ZET créées depuis 1988, mais leur exploitation ne dépasse pas 1,5% », a-t-il déploré, qualifiant ce chiffre de » très, très faible ».
Par ailleurs, le ministre du Tourisme et de l’Artisanat a révélé, au sujet des tarifs d’hébergement dans les établissements hôteliers publics, que « des instructions strictes ont été données pour l’adoption de tarifs permettant aux familles moyennes d’avoir accès aux structures touristiques », soulignant que le « décret exécutif réglementant cette question est au niveau du Secrétariat général du gouvernement, et sera soumis à débat et approbation ».
