La nouvelle chaîne de télévision d’information internationale algérienne en continu « AL24 NEWS » a été lancée, dimanche à Alger, à l’occasion du 67e anniversaire du déclenchement de la Guerre de libération, dans le cadre du renforcement de la présence de l’Algérie sur la scène médiatique internationale et du retentissement de ses positions vis-à-vis des causes régionales et internationales.

Cette nouvelle chaine portera « la voix de l’Algérie et sera sa vitrine dans le monde, elle diffusera l’actualité nationale et internationale en temps réel, 24/24h et 7/7j, tout en privilégiant l’information

internationale », a affirmé Salim Aggar, Directeur général de « AL24 NEWS » qui commencera à diffuser officiellement le 1er novembre 2021 à 00:00, lors de la cérémonie du lancement de la chaîne.

Baptisée « AL 24 NEWS », la chaîne commencera à diffuser le 01 novembre 2021 à 00:00, a-t-il indiqué, précisant que cette date symbolique a été choisie délibérément pour le lancement de « ce projet ambitieux qui sera à coup sûr une révolution médiatique dans le paysage audiovisuel arabe et maghrébin ».

C’est également un média de soutien aux intérêts diplomatiques, politiques, économiques, sociaux et culturels de l’Algérie à l’étranger, a fait savoir Aggar, assurant que la chaîne diffusera en trois langues, le contenu étant proportionné comme suit : 60% en arabe, 35% en français et 5% en anglais.

AL24 NEWS est la première chaîne internationale maghrébine, a-t-il précisé, expliquant qu’elle diffusera dans un premier temps à partir d’Alger via Nilesat, et compte sur des moyens modernes et des équipements de dernière technologie avec un design novateur pour offrir aux téléspectateurs une diffusion optimale en termes de son et d’image.
