Le Pdg de la Sonelgaz, Chahar Boulakhras, vient d’annoncer ce dimanche que son Groupe s’attele à mettre en place un système d’alerte interne visant à prévenir la corruption et à promouvoir la déontologie.
Dans une allocution prononcée lors des travaux de la journée d’étude sur le thème « Promotion de l’intégrité dans le secteur économique », Boulakhras dire que « le Groupe œuvre à la mise en place d’un système d’alerte interne, qui permet de collecter les rapports émis par les employés relatifs à l’existence de comportements ou d’attitudes contraires aux règles établies ».
Le Groupe Sonelgaz travaille également, selon son Pdg, au développement d’un plan de risques permettant d’identifier, d’analyser et de classer les risques de corruption auxquels pourraient être exposé le Groupe.
Evoquant les mesures prises par le Groupe afin de consacrer l’éthique dans les activités quotidiennes de ses travailleurs et responsables, Boulakhras a cité l’ensemble des règles d’organisation, qui touchent en particulier les transactions, et qui ont contribué à la prévention « efficace » de certaines pratiques contraires à l’éthique et punies par la loi.
Boulakhras souligne que le Groupe a volontairement adopté la charte d’éthique afin de « créer une harmonie et une responsabilité dans les comportements et les décisions, et renforcer ainsi la confiance dans les relations avec tous les acteurs du service public ». Cette démarche contre toute forme de corruption (trafic d’influence, détournement de denier public, favoritisme…) vise à établir la bonne gouvernance érigée à la hauteur de la confiance placée par les pouvoirs publics en le Groupe et ses partenaires, poursuit le premier responsable de la Sonelgaz.
Il a estimé, dans ce contexte que « la transaction avec des millions de clients et de partenaires économiques, financiers et industriels ainsi que l’interaction continue avec la société, constituent une opportunité et un défi en même temps ». C’est ainsi qu’ » Un régime disciplinaire a été établi à cette occasion permettant de sanctionner les fonctionnaires, tous grades confondus, en cas de manquement aux règles de conduite convenues. «
