La nomination par le Président de la République, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, d’un ancien gouverneur de la Banque d’Algérie et ancien ministre des Finances, en l’occurrence Aimen Benabderrahmane, comme premier ministre dénote du cap qui a été tracé pour le prochain gouvernement, l’urgence de prendre en charge les dossiers économiques et sociaux. Fini les manœuvres politiques et place à la rationalité et l’efficacité dans l’exécution du programme du Président de la République sur lequel il a été élu un certain 12 décembre 2019.
Un financier à la tête du gouvernement équivaut à l’instauration d’une rigueur, sans faille, dans la gestion des dépenses publiques et surtout une vision économique des affaires du Pays qui a trop souffert des pesanteurs politiques, pour ne pas dire politiciennes. La situation globale de la « Maison Algérie » ressemble à celle d’un navire qui tangue. Dos au mur, les décideurs devaient imposer une démarche « de mathématicien », qui équivaut à mettre toute sensibilité de côté et foncer tête baissée vers une gestion économique rationnelle. Mais au-delà du tableau, pas du tout reluisant, qui s’offre à nos yeux, une approche « anticipative » devrait prendre le dessus, les caisses sont pratiquement vides, l’évolution du marché pétrolier restant aléatoire, c’est de la touche d’un économiste que le pays a besoin.
C’est John Maynard Keynes qui a fait sortir le monde de la fameuse crise financière mondiale de 1929…
Benabderrahmane serait-il capable d’élaborer une feuille de route qui alliera performance économique et justice sociale ?
On ne connaît pas l’homme, et encore moins son gouvernement, qu’il devra constituer dans les plus brefs délais. Mais, on connaît une chose, il devra nous faire « l’économie » de certaines nominations hasardeuses qui nous ont gavé, par le passé, avec des « troubadours » ne sachant même communiquer, encore moins travailler..
