CET Tipaza : Bientôt la réouverture

Les préparatifs vont bon train au CET Tipaza. En prévision de la saison estivale, on s’affaire à mettre les dernières retouches à ce complexe balnéaire, d’une beauté méditerranéenne, complètement réhabilité et dont le chantier de réfection a duré près de quatre ans.

Après un « pre-opening » organisé en début du mois de mars, c’est son ouverture officielle qui est prévue pour ce mois de juillet où il sera complètement opérationnel, du moins c’est ce qu’annonce Amir Adem Rouchiche, le directeur du complexe Tipaza – Village qui précise que « l’opération de réhabilitation a touché toutes les structures du complexe ; hébergement, restauration, espaces vert, espaces de loisir.. »

Actuellement, le complexe Cet Tipaza est composé de 209 villas-appartements de différents types, allant du F-1 au F- 4, cinq restaurants en plus des points de vente comme les pizzerias et snacks. Côté loisirs, le site dispose d’une base de plongée, d’un club équestre que l’établissement a récupéré et restauré totalement, ainsi que de deux grandes piscines et des terrains de tennis.

Pour gérer et entretenir l’ensemble du complexe, pas moins de 120 employés sont déployés dans les différentes structures et « le nombre va augmenter crescendo pour arriver à notre rythme de croisière », dira le directeur du complexe A. Rouchiche. Etant lui-même issu de l’Ecole supérieure du Tourisme, il précise que le recrutement se fera auprès des étudiants de l’ENST de l’Aurassi et de L’Ecole Supérieure d’Hôtellerie et de Restauration d’Alger (ESHRA) pour tout ce qui est stages et travail saisonnier.

A quelques semaines de sa réouverture, et outre le management habituel, la direction du CET élabore, en parallèle, tout un plan de communication et de marketing pour séduire sa future clientèle.
